While increasing your endurance, engaging your core, and stabilizing your balance, SUP (stand up paddleboard) yoga can add that extra level of adventure to any yoga session. Take in the fresh air and listen to the sounds of nature as you focus on your breath and challenge yourself.

All skill levels are welcome. From beginners to advanced yogis, everyone can "seas" the fun in paddleboard yoga. Simply bring your yoga-ready bathing suit and a good attitude, and let's practice together on the water!
